This is accomplished through the efforts of a skilled, professional staff that is dedicated to operating our Company with the most productive and cost effective methods we can achieve. Our management staff, with over six decades of accumulated knowledge and experience in the pallet business, routinely provides customers with recommendations, options, designs, inventory programs, regulatory information, market trends, quotations, and schedules to assist their efficiency and productivity, as well as our own.

We send a regulatory update letter to our customers each time a change occurs in the status of the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM-15).

We provide assistance to our wood packaging customers and their export agents in compiling and cross referencing documents needed to clear customs, especially in countries with ultra-strict requirements, such as Australia and China.

We monitor and maintain certain customer inventory levels as a service that improves productivity, by eliminating those “out-of-pallets” emergencies.

Tampa Pallet Company accommodates the needs of customers throughout Florida for deliveries of one pallet unit, to hundreds of pallet units, in nearly any size, shape, or design.
